Thank you God for all the blessings I like

I just read the most inspiring article about
Didi Conn, whose son, Danny, is autistic.
Didi was describing a trip they took together and
how Danny was watching out the window as they drove
past fields and pastures
when Danny said quietly,
"I can see all of God's paintings.
Thank you God for all the blessings I like."

I think that I have never heard
a more beautiful prayer.
**sigh**

Now that is food for thought! And something we should all always try to remember when things aren't going so good. It certainly is uplifting.

Hi Deborah,
That is beautiful! I think those are the prayers He must like the most! Simple, honest, and to the point. Now that was a dumb comment I made :(.

Do you ever hit the e-mail follow up comments button? I didn't know if you did, but I got your comment today about Alice and yes I knew he was living there. I think he grew up in Phoenix and his father and grandfather were both pastors, which I thought was pretty interesting.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend!!
