I feel crisp, cool morning air. This is my favorite time, right now, right here. Not yesterday, not tomorrow.
I see beauty and life all around me.
I hear black birds cackling, water falling, Officer Bill snoring.
I smell Jasmine.
I taste crystal clear water with a hint of home grown lemon.
I am
exactly where I want to be
right here, right now.

oh my, I can imagine myself there with you if I close my eyes, so descriptive. Here, I smell the coffee, warm in my cup, and am squinting in the bright morning sunshine that has just crested over the trees, hear the hummingbirds chattering as they fight over the feeder, and feel the warmth of the fire at my back.
Happy Mother's Day, my lovely!! I hope your day is filled with sunshine, laughter and a margarita!! : ).... or two!!

That is the key isn't it? Being happy right where we are... the hardest part for me.
Thank you for reminding me.
Everything is already perfect!
