hi deb!! i get the feeling u and i have the same taste in decorating. your couch and decor throughout looks very similar to mine. looks like u are having fun. decorating is one thing i really miss. too busy and my kids and their friends are so hard on my house that i might just have to wait to decorate an empty nest. have a great day! happy decorating! xoxo lin
So pretty, Deb. Very Autumn looking! I think changing things around a little for the different seasons/holidays is definitely a good thing! You must love that the kitchen and dining room are all put back together. It's tough living around rooms that are tore up for remodels, etc. Now you can start thinking about Thanksgiving and Christmas! (Can you believe it is right around the corner?) ♥♥♥ audrey
I love these colors! I have a lot of them in my completely disordered, undecorated house. :) You are my hero for getting the kitchen done. Some day, I too, will get new countertops, and maybe even paint the dining room chairs black. Something I have been talking about doing for 5 years. :) Xoxo! Pam
Everything Pam said? THat counts for me too.....except I want to add my studio into the repaint/redeux also. And this will all happen when Hell freezes over and the Toronto Maple Leafs have won the Stanley Cup.....
Yay! Your home looks so beautiful and welcoming - I'm loving the gorgeous fall colours...looks like you are having lots of fun decorating - happy nesting, my friend x
I have an almost empty nest, not so good. thats a different story for another time...anyway, I love always looking at your lovely pictures and home. I usually just look and ooh and ahh, but today I decided to stop in and say howdy which I probably have not done since I first found your blog! {slapping self} I LOVE, Love, love that center PIECE on the table is it antigue? Is it transparent? so lovely.
Oh goodness!!! You left me with so much good tidings at my blog. You are so full of love. I appreciate you so much. Thank you!!! LoveLoveLoveLoveLove...
I was a dancer seems like a hundred years ago. I once owned horses and rode with the wind. I've skied Black Diamond trails and avoided the moguls. I am the sum of all that I have experienced, but don't add me up yet; I still have a few numbers to throw in! In The Autumn of my life, embracing it with abandon.
Recovering widow; there IS life after death.

It's all looking pretty spiffy and wonderful! Nothing like a good bit of redecorating!

The chairs look GREAT! All the colors coordinate so well. I feel like I'm looking in one of those decorating magazines. Well done, you!

I have a surprise for you:)

its like a cancer, it just keeps spreading. When you begin to redecorate all the other flaws rise up :)!
How very pretty, Deb! Love how the colours all come together.

Redecorating is something I can't get enough of...

Quite an interesting hobby,
quite expensive too but never boring:)

You are a professional!!! Pages right from Southern living or House Beautiful.
I have no decorating sense so I can only sigh with envy as I my eyes savor the eye candy.
Your empty nest is filled with mirth.
