Yep total chaos. Over 800 motor vehicle accidents. Some out of state drivers passing through did not think the elevated highways would be dangerous, after all, there was no snow. There were so many jack-knifed 18-wheelers.However, on to more important things... sugar and spice and everything nice, Daddy's little girl...
