Guess what.
Little Who is not so little after all.
While walking this evening with My Mister, we discovered that Little Who has a Mister Who too.
Who quickly became bored after my 160th shot and flew.
Away.
who at first appears to be on a leisurely stroll just like my Mister and I, who is not a who, but a
Brawny Man,
and it quickly becomes apparent to
ALL
that Mister Roadrunner was up to
NO GOOD.
Little Who immediately took her place
guarding her burrow.
Could just be me, but I’m thinking there are
Little Tiny Who’s in there!!!
in a bluff.
Mister Roadrunners falls for her trick!
(boyz are so silly)
Out flies Little Who/Mama Bear!
I missed the in-flight shots...she was just too quick.
Little Mama Who Bear stands her ground in triumph.
Mister Roadrunner was draggin’ his tail so low,
it just seemed to cruel to take a picture.
Life sure is pretty exciting here in the
Country Townhouse!

Oh,, Deb, I loved this! You should write a childrens book about Mr. and Mrs. Who!! And, I am still laughing about the 160th photo. So happy to hear someone else takes a zillion photos of something they see that interests them.
It sounds like you are having some fun in and around your new digs!!
Your photos are wonderful, Deb. I've never seen a real roadrunner.
Happy New Week to you and Brawny Who Man.

Ha,,,nothing mundane about your country townhouse livin'!
But we'll celebrate anyway,Debs.
Yaaa for Mrs Who!
I have not seen a roadrunner either, though I'm told they are around where I live.I'm surprised we don't have them all over the place,,,as we have lots of small lizards I'll bet they'd like.
Great post!

Une très jolie publication... Merci pour vos photos.
Gros bisous à vous.
Beautifully told story with words and photographs...I can visualize Mr. Roadrunner leaving with his tail between his legs...do not mess with a mama who!
A glorious victory for Little Who!
Omgosh Deb!
I love this photo essay, and the words going with it make me feel like I've entered the land of Dr. Seuss!
That last photo says it all~~~do *NOT* mess with Mama Who. (not if you're smart, no...)
BIG LOVE!!!
Anne
What, no anvils or steel wrecking balls with ACME printed on the front???? Hahahaha!! Poor little Wiley Roadrunner...got a taste of his own medicine!!
Yep, people think there's no wildlife in the desert, but wow, are they wrong...sometimes a bit too much!! LOL
Have a great week, Deb.
Loves ya,
Georgina
You spin a good yarn, missus!
You have your very own owl and maybe a whole family. What a hoot!
So roadrunners just walk along, deb? This is so foreign to me, but so are local owls. I'm lucky to see a duck. Or a black bear....
Love

Another triumph for motherhood! Yay.
