Meet My Sweat Sisters

  Yep, sweat; as in drippin’.

Though they are pretty sweet too!

Since moving to the Tuscan Villa, without a walking partner, and at the recommendation of my BFF, Gail, from “the Old Hood

I started walking inside with Leslie Sansone.

Three tough miles!

I do believe with the walk belt, tougher than the four I used to do.

I am greatly enjoying it!

I found mine at Walmart.

On sale even.

Two thumbs up.

Fabulous Deb! I'm glad that you have found a replacement for the walks that you used to do in your old neighbourhood...something else I can look into!! xo

Okay Deb, make me feel GUILTY for my delicious, fattening, home made dinner....for my glass of sweet wine....for all the exercise I do NOT DO.....
Oh wait.
I'm happy for you and have absolutely NO GUILT myself! ;-D
Life is just too good not to indulge!

Good for you, Deb. I hope you're enjoying it. I have one of Leslie's older tapes ~ I should start using it again. My neighbor friend and I started walking just last evening. We are going to give it a go Monday - Thursday every week. I am SO out of shape. ):

What is a walking belt??

Hi Deb,

What a great recommendation. I might have to look for that - it would be the perfect way to walk while it's too hot and humid outside to move much.

Sending much love!! Silke

You mean all I have to do is buy the belt and that is equal to 3 miles? Hahahah!!!! TSUP! I wish. Sigh. I walk in the airconditioned mall and skybridges on my painful left heel. I think I injured it last month and every time I make a step it hurts! But I walk anyway. I hate growing old!!!
