Things I did NOT do Sunday

100_2705

1.      Worry about SPC Ryan on a mission in a war zone.

2.     Sit at my desk all day.

3.     Worry about the corporate takeover.

4.     Miss the first bloom of the iris.

5.     Miss inhaling the intoxicating lemon tree blossoms.

6.     Miss one spot of glorious sun shine on the geraniums.

7.     Not feel spring on my skin.

Nope.  Did not do one of those things.

Hot diggity dog, it’s a wonderful life.

It IS a wonderful life, indeed! Life is full of blessings, and it's there for the taking. You reminded me of that today.

Sometimes worry consumes us (believe me...I know) to the point that all the good in life passes unnoticed.
Always take time and notice!!!♥♥♥

The learning not to worry about your boy is an art form. Comes slowly with consideration of what can't be stopped, changed, or effected by your concerns. You go, girl. Hugs sent from one soldier's mom to another!

Ahem (throat clearing). "You are the sunshine of my life...That's why I'll always be around (da deedee dum ummm)...You are the apple of my eye...
Forever you'll stay in my heart!!!!" (twirl, twirl, kick!). That should make you feel better. And if that doesn't you can be an alternate sunny girl. Off to sing to kj now. xoxoxoxox!!!! Pam

OMG! the same song! and to think i was ready to sing back sam and janet evening?

well, we have to forgive pam, deb. remember, that is what renee said. besides, maybe we are too greedy, just this one time. afterall, pam could tell us to take a hike instead of sing to us.

Deb, sounds like you had a pretty wonderful Sunday... Bella says it right - the blessings ARE there, we just have to open ourselves to them.

Good for you!
I also hope you didn't stop shooting these awesome photos.
I love geraniums.I spent my lunch money to buy one for my Mom one time. She cried, scolded and hugged me, and gave me cake before supper.
It is a wonderful world!

Sounds delish, just like you my dear. Life is grand, especially when you're in it! Lemon blossoms, blooming flowers, safe children and no work... is a great recipe for a wonderful life.
