Bad Alice and The Mad Hatter

100_2027

The last time we saw Bad Alice she was dreaming of Dead Bob and woke the next morning with a rock on her hand.

100_2060Greatly disturbed at the thought of a black wedding, Alice set out to find the Mad Hatter with a plan to feed him magic mushrooms to make him fall in love with her, leaving him to fend off Dead Bob, and then skip off on her merry self-centered way.

100_3271

So it was with great expectation that Alice set off on her journey into the Magic Forrest.  100_3278new That’s odd, thought Alice, tea cups lighting the way.

Is that a Haviland!!!

100_3280new Why YES it is! If only she had brought a bag.

100_3281-1960's tint-darkenedexposureWith no place to stash the tea cup, Alice continued on her search for the Mad Hatter with the Magic Mushrooms in hand.

100_3277It was then she saw him, as if in a dream, sitting upon a giant toadstool.

100_3286 Alice got straight to business.

100_3291 Mushroom???

100_3292Hmmmmmmmmm

100_3293

Alice KNEW he could not resist. But after all, what man can resist Alice?

100_3301Oh my, the mushroom is working already, Alice thought to herself.  Just look, he’s already leaning in for a kiss!  I’ll be rid of Dead Bob in no time.

100_3306 But apparently the Mad Hatter is not so mad after all, and a bit sneaky at that. It was Alice who ended up eating the mushroom.

100_3355new Oh dear, thought Alice.

100_3356Oh yes, thought the Mad Hatter,

100_3314

and invited Alice to stay for tea.

100_3313 Tiny tea.

100_3315 Just about as tiny as Alice’s brain felt after eating the magic mushroom.

100_3316In fact, she had forgotten why she was even here.  She felt giddy and girly and completely not herself.  The thought of how lovely she must look never even entered her mind, for she could not take her eyes off HIM.

100_3364 When the Mad Hatter told Alice that she was beautiful, Alice found herself saying two words that she had never said before;

Thank you.

 100_3332

What’s this? What’s this, this feeling, Alice wondered.

100_3334

It was the same feeling Alice always got when admiring herself

   100_3335

Only this feeling was for HIM.

AH! Could this be love?

100_3336

To be continued at the Halloween

Alice, Dead Bob, and the Mad Hatter Smack Down . . .

You are a tease! I cannot believe it. I woke up in the middle of the night to see your post and I was so excited and then and then and then...

AAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHH!!!

This is like giving me peach ice cream when I am supposed to be NPO for surgery...

Okay that is a lousy simile'.

HAHAHAAHAHA! This is GREAT! MY GOODNESS! This is a major production! What a spread! How clever that mind of yours is. You are such a mental ninja. The kids are such great sports.

Alice's dress is so cool and funky. Who did her dress? Who made her dress? WHO? WHO???

Thank you for this. I love the tea cups. Poor Alice, I am worried about her...

The Mad Hatter is full of tricks...

Thank you.

HAHAHAHAHA!
