I am sorry to be the one to bring this: "A team of scientists led by Thomas Watters announced in the August 20, 2010 issue of Science that the Moon is shrinking. According to their paper, the radius of the Moon has decreased by about 100 meters in the last billion years or less." Do you think it is the moon's midlife and early stages of moon osteoporosis? We need to shoot some calcium satellites up there...
Deborah, I am starting to get concerned for you. I don't think my blog has insurance for things like "**head spins and pops off**". You and Bella always have something happening to your heads or brains! TSUP!
I was a dancer seems like a hundred years ago. I once owned horses and rode with the wind. I've skied Black Diamond trails and avoided the moguls. I am the sum of all that I have experienced, but don't add me up yet; I still have a few numbers to throw in! In The Autumn of my life, embracing it with abandon.
Recovering widow; there IS life after death.

Wait!
"last billion years or less..."
Who was there to measure it a billion years ago?
Maybe the moon was swollen then! It was premenstrual!
