Fall Colors in the Desert

100_3798

I love this sassy Cana Lily.

It’s not enough to just have dots and stripes.

This one really likes to show off.

100_3801Even the leaves are two-toned.

100_3802 His cousin is off in the corner wailing

ME ME ME!!!

Take MY picture!

Yep.  Fall colors in the desert.

I love Canas! I have some here and mine are looking rather bedraggled right now. I love your stripes and dots and the reverse color. Just lovely and so sunny.

Oh I do love cannas! Dad used to grow them; they were always so gorgeous----he put a lot of care in them, lifting them each Fall.
I love both of them Deb! :)

These flowers are GORGEOUS, Deb. It always amazes me when I see such detail and beauty in a single flower ~ how blessed are we that God gave us such beauty to enjoy.
I am glad you posted them. SO PRETTY!!!!!
♥ Hugs to you in the desert!

I still have to see a flower I do not like...

If its a flower, you bet I like it for there is no such thing as an ugly flower.

I love Canas - they remind me of California. :) I tried to grow them here, but I would have to uproot them, take them in....and I'm not that much of a gardener. I will just admire your photo instead. :) xox!

Nice bright flowers. I'm looking at a dreary sky right now.

These are beautiful colors indeed, Deborah. The cousins are thriving well in your garden, albeit extremely delighted to be touched and cared for by such a beautiful lady. I love you. I miss you. TSUP! TSUP!!!

Ah such pretty colors you have over there. I think your Cana Lily is beautiful and fits in perfectly with fall.
I hope you have a lovely day today...I was going to email you yesterday, but life got ugly and when I awake it was uglier still so, insteade of emailing you I think I'll just sit here all day and stare at your beautiful fall colors. Thank you for the happy eye candy today. It is much needed.
