Day 9–Beyond Sick of Being Sick

I now have a voice again, although it is quite raspy and much like the episode of “Friends” when Phoebe thought she could sing so much better with her laryngitis but in truth she could not.

What?  Huh?  I still cannot hear.  From either ear.  This is a great improvement from two days ago when every sound vibrated like a robot.  R2D2, is that you speaking?

On a positive note, Officer Bill’s barking doesn’t bother me nearly as much as it used to.

**no germ-filled kisses**

Aaaww, sweet Deborah. I am sorry you are feeling unwell. I hope you gain your health soon. perhaps it was time for you to rest and you have been pushing yourself too much. Maybe you should enjoy this downtime. Plenty of chicken noodle soup, much rest and slow down a bit. Just rest, please. Love you lots. Tsup!

Nothing worse than being sick and then "feeling" sick on top of that. Glad there are some improvements and hope you are back to your usual healthy self soon. Sending kisses with no germs right back to you! xo

I just started reading your blog again after quite some time as I just went through what you are now experiencing with your husband. My husband had stage IV lung cancer. I live in Gold Canyon so feel as though we're neighbors. I'm so sorry you and your husband must go through this. My heart goes out to you and will keep your family in my prayers. Take care of yourself and get well quickly. Hugs

HAH! And so, there IS a silver lining :). Officer Bill is rather adorable. Such a grand name for such a small fella.

Summer colds are the worst.
