Feeling Nostalgic for the Days When

Brain Cancer.

This just may be turning into a Cancer Blog.

But don’t expect a lack of humor.

Brawny Man’s standard answer to any question has become

“How the hell should I know”.

I suggested it.

We laugh.

We cry.

We love.

I love you, Ms.Deb. I want you to know you are light and sunshine even in your darkest times. You are my shining example of " Putting on the big girl panties and getting on with it."

Just goes to show, when you are gorgeous in your youth, you remain just as beautiful as the years go by.
LOVE AND LIGHT to you always.

Oh Deb, I'm so sorry to read this latest news. You must be heartbroken, but I know that you know the One who holds both yours and Gary's lives in His hands.
I have a good friend who has stage 4 breast cancer that has metastasized to her spine and ribs. This is her third go around and opted to try alternative treatments. She also has a friend who was given 6 months to a year...bile duct cancer. The two of them went to the same clinic and Revi's tumors on her liver have shrunk 95%.
Praying God will give you the strength to battle on in the fight!

You are the light my friend.
I am in awe of your abilities and when I grow up I want to learn how to deal the way you do.
My hands are on your back supporting you! I have never met a person so wonderful as you and love like yours and Brawny man's. I am so honored to have met you!

He is so damn cute.

Your muscles are being tested and the result is obvious. You are both remarkable people and the love you have for one another will carry you all the way. I am so sorry about this latest news; I can hear Renee swearing her best over it. But the love in your home, all these years, is stronger than fucking cancer (ooh, I said it; forgive me. It slipped out so easily) xoxo

Love

Absolutely great looking guy in short-shorts! Not all of them could carry them off, that's for sure.

My heart breaks for you but it also swells with all you have to teach us about LIVING, and loving. :)

Feeling nostalgic for a time when life was easy and worries were few. What worries we had we could handle. And now we reach this stage in life and Brawny man's got the right answer "how the hell should I know"...how did we get here, where do we go next.

What I love is that you have each other and your nostalgia is about the love you've shared and the life you've made. And you are there for each other now. My heart aches for both of you. But you'll face this challenge with grace and with love. And I expect a few laughs as well.

Blowing you both a million kisses xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox

Oh, Deb - my heart goes out to you big time. This is such a rough road to travel.
I am in awe of you - finding time to blog, and to focus on the good in life.
All did was rant, rave, and complain in my blog when my dear hubby was so sick.

Sending you lots of love and hugs. You will get through this together. Your love is strong and so is your spirit.
